TCK SERIES LINEAR GUIDE WAY CNC LATHE-INCLINED BED TYPE LATHE
The structure of the lather bed is 45 degree. The design is not only improving its stability but also making the lather working more smoothly. About the spindle part, it use the spindle unit, improving its rotary accuracy, the max. rotation speed can reach 4500rpm.
The design of the lather widened the specification of the main guidway. In a word, the lather is a full- featured CNC lather-inclined bed type with high rigidity, high accuracy ,good accuracy stability and attractive appearance. On the other hand, the structure make the production more efficient. And leasing prevent leakage effect is also ideal.
The controller system is FANUC, you can also choose the GSK980 , Siemens and KND system. The lather is specified in internal and external turning, internal and external tapering, facing, thread (metric thread, inch thread, taper thread, facing thread, drilling, reaming, and boring and etc. Spindle transmission adopts frequency conversion or servo motor so that it can reach step less speed.
The lathe also adopt hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tool turret and hydraulic tailstock. The lathe is a widely used and universal machine which is suit for Mass production parts , the tool manufacturing part and the education department.
